凝血与纤溶系统的变化在手指再造术中的临床意义

目的：探讨凝血系统与纤溶系统水平在手指再造术中的变化与规律，以及其对手术的影响。方法：选取2007年1月～2009年2月在我院实行手指再造术的15例（19指）患者为研究对象，通过对其治疗前后的凝血与纤溶系统变化进行研究对比，找出凝血与纤溶系统在此过程中的水平变化、变化规律及其对手术的影响。结果：凝血与纤溶系统在手指再造术中的变化波动较为明显，机体的自我修复与防护功能大大增强。结论：凝血与纤溶系统的相互作用在手指再造术中具有非常重要的临床意义，值得进一步研究。

Clinical significance of change of coagulation fibrinolytic system in reconstruction of fingers

Objective： To discuss the change and rule of coagulation system and fibfinolytic system in the reconstruction of fingers, and investigate its influence on the surgery. Methods： 15 cases （19 fingers） of patients who were treated with finger reconstruction surgery from January 2007 to February 2009 in our hospital were selected as the subjects, the coagulation and fibrinolysis before and after the evolution of the system were compared, and the change and rule of coagulation system and fibrinolytic system and its impact on the operation were observed. Results： The alternation of coagulation and fibrinolysis was obvious. The body function of self rehabilitation ability and prevention were greatly strengthened. Conclusion： The interaction of coagulation system and fibrinolytic system has vital clinical significance in the finger reconstruction, it is worthy of further research.
