摘    要:目的 对分离出的1022株医院感染病原菌的耐药性进行调查研究,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法 对1998年1月至12月住院病人临床送检标本中分离出的1022株病原菌的分类、药敏试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果 分离出的1022株病原菌中属G^-杆菌595株(58.2%),G^ 阳性球菌374株(36.6%),白色念球菌53株(5.2%)。铜绿假单胞菌,大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为主要病原菌,感染部位以呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤软组织和血液骨髓系统为多。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染有增加的趋势,肠杆菌科的病原菌耐药性也普遍增高,且具有多重耐药性。结论 在治疗感染性疾病过程中积极开展病原学检查,依据药敏试验结果合理地使用抗生素,对于减少和避免抗生素诱导耐药菌株的产生有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the drug resistance of 1 022 strains of pathogenic bacteria for a guidline for reasonable application of antibiotics. Methods The classification and drug sensitive test of 1 022 strains pathogenic bacteria isolated from in patient samples obtained from Jan. to Dec. in 1998 was retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 1 022 strains, 595(58.2%) strains were gram negative bacilli, 374(36.6%) gram positive cocci, and 53(5.2%) Candida albicans . Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were the most commonly isolated bacteria causing nosocomial infection frequently in respiratory and urinary tracts, skin, soft tissue and blood bone marrow system. The statistical study showed an increasing tendency of the methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in the nosocomial infection and a widespread increase in drug resistance in mutidrug resistance in Enterobacteriaceae. Conclusion It is significant to examine pathogens in the treatment of infectious diseases and to use antibiotics based on drug sensitive test to reduce drug resistance.
