| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2-甲氧雌二醇（2-ME）对HL60白血病细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法：用MTT法和流式细胞术检测2-ME对HL60的增殖抑制及促凋亡作用,用流式细胞技术检测Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果：随着2-ME浓度升高及作用时间延长,HL60细胞增殖明显受抑制（P〈0.05）,细胞凋亡率明显增加（P〈0.05）,当2-ME浓度为50μmol/L时,细胞凋亡率达65.8%;2-ME（30μmol/L）作用72h后,Bcl-2的表达较对照组显著减少（P〈0.05）。结论：2-ME对HL60细胞增殖有抑制及促凋亡作用,Bcl-2表达下调在此过程中可能发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of 2-Methoxyestradiol(2-ME)on the proliferation and apoptosis of HL60 cells in vitro. Methods:After treatment with 2-ME,the cell proliferation was detected with MTT,and the apoptosis was determined with flow cytometry.
