感染性心内膜炎114例临床分析

本文对114例感染性心内膜炎(IE)进行临床分析,提示40岁以上的患者增多,发生于无器质心脏病者有增高趋势.血培养阴性率48.25%,仅有8例致病菌为草绿色链球菌,而金葡菌和溶血性链球菌及革兰氏阴性杆菌则有增加.临床表现常不典型,误诊率为15.29%.因此,必须对 IE予以警惕.对 IE 患者需尽早给予有效足量抗菌素治疗.

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 114 CASES OF INFECTIOUS ENDOCARDITIS

We have made a clinical analys is of 114 cases of infectious endocarditis (IE), with 18 cases of them confirmed by autopsy.The results suggest that the incidence of the disease tends to increase in patients of the age over 40(39.49%) and in patients with unorganic heart diseases (10.53%).The possitive rate of blood culture is 48.25%.With only eight cases resulting from streptococcus viridans,there has been an increasing incidance caused by staphy lococcus aureus,streptococcus hemolyticus and Gram-negative bacilli.Since the clinical manifestations are usually not typical and misdiagnosis rate accunts for 15.29%,it is necessary that patients suffering from IE be treated by effective and sufficent antibiotics as early as posstble.
