人际心理训练对恢复期精神分裂症病人情绪障碍的影响

目的 探讨人际心理训练对恢复期精神分裂症病人情绪障碍的效果.方法 将135例恢复期精神分裂症病人随机分为观察组(68例)和对照组(67例),共实际完成89例,观察组配合人际心理训练,在入组前后,分别采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、自尊量表、自卑感量表对两组病人的情绪障碍进行评定,并对两组病人人组时实施人际关系问题调查.结果 实施人际心理训练前后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、自尊量表、自卑感量表评分以及焦虑抑郁的发生率,两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 人际心理训练可缓解恢复期精神分裂症病人的情绪障碍.

The effect of interpersonal psychological train on emotion disorder of recover schizophrenia

Objective To study the effect of interpersonal psychological train on emotion disorder of recover schizophrenia. Methods 135 lase of recovery schizophrenia were randomly assigned to study group (68 cases) and control group (67 cases), 89 eases complete the study. The study group were relieved interpersonal psychological train aside normal treatment interpersonal problem was identified before the train SAS, SDS, SES and FIS were administered at the beginning and end of the train. Results The difference between the two groups scales of SAS SDS SES before and after training is significant in change (P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Interpersonal psychological train is useful to the emotion disorders of recovery schizophrenia.
