水泥粉磨过程的职业病危害及关键控制点分析

摘    要:目的通过对水泥粉磨工序职业病危害因素的识别与分析,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测检验方法。结果水泥粉磨工序存在的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘和噪声,粉尘合格率为43.4%,超标部位集中在水泥包装和袋装水泥发货区域;噪声超标部位主要集中在熟料、原料的卸料、破碎、输送过程。结论水泥粉磨过程职业病危害的防护应从职业病危害关键控制点入手,采取切实可行的职业病危害防护设施或措施,减少或降低职业病因素危害。

Abstract:Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazard for cement grinding process ,and confirm critical control points. Methods Field investigation and detection of occupational health hazards were applied. Results Noise and dust were main risk factors . The qualified rate of dust was 43.4%, the places exceeding standards were areas of packing and selling cement . The places exceeding standards.in noise were mainly concentrated in the areas of clinkering, discharging, shattering and transporting of raw materials. Conclusion Protective facilities and measures should be taken in order to decrease occupational hazards.
