DSP的毒理学安全性研究

摘    要:对DSP进行了急性毒性及诱变性研究。结果表明:大、小鼠经口LD_(50)均大于600mg/kg体重,小鼠骨髓微核试验、Ames试验及小鼠精子畸形试验均为阴性,未发现有诱变性。

Abstract:The acute toxicity and mutagenic assays of DSP were carried out. The results showed that the LD50 by the oral route in mice and rats were both more than 600 mg/kg. Micronucleus test of mice bone marrow. Ames test and sperm abnormalities test in mice were all negative and mutagenicity of DSP was not discovered.
