妊娠时间及妊娠与肺结核复发的关系

目的探讨肺结核患者妊娠时间及妊娠与结核复发的关系，提供一定的临床指导。方法动态观察354例肺结核临床治愈后妊娠的育龄女性患者，以时间分组，比较妊娠与结核复发之间的关系。结果结核临床治愈后2年内妊娠组肺结核复发率高于2年后妊娠组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；妊娠期间及分娩后6个月内肺结核复发率高于分娩后6个月以后各组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论对于育龄的肺结核患者，建议在临床治愈并停药2年以后选择妊娠；在妊娠期间及分娩后6个月内严密观察结核病情的变化。

Correlation Between Pregnancy Time,Pregnancy and Pulmonary Tuberculosis Relapse

Objective To investigate the time correlation between the pulmonary tuberculosis with pregnancy and tuberculosis relapse and provide the certain clinic leading.Methods The clinical data of 354 female were analyzed,who were pregnant after the pulmonary tuberculosis were cured,divide the set to compare the time correlation between pregnancy and tubercles relapse.Results The tuberculosis relapse rate of the set that pregnant in 2 years after the tuberculosis were cured was higher than the set that pregnant over 2 years after cure,showing a significant difference(P<0.01);The tuberculosis relapse rate of the set the gestation and giving the birth behind 6 months was higher than the set that giving the birth after 6 months,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion For female that having tuberculosis,the suggestion is choicing gestation after stopping the medicine over 2 years;Tight observation of the tuberculosis should be performed in the period of gestation and after giving the birth in 6 months.
