关于中药血清药理学方法的再思考

血清的形成与凝血及其相关过程（纤溶与补体系统活化）的蛋白酶级联反应以及血小板和白细胞活化有关，这些过程直接影响血标本的组成，并可能也影响中药成分；但这些过程可用抗凝剂而加以避免。因此，血浆的组成较血清能更好地反映生理、病理状况和吸收进入循环血中药物变化。根据已有报道，药物浓度与反应物质在血浆与血清中可能存在差异，故倡导在中药半体内实验中采用血浆药理学方法。由于不同抗凝剂的作用机制各异，究竟哪一抗凝剂适用于哪类半体内实验，需要进一步开展研究。我们建议在大多数中药半体内实验中，可以采取含药血浆与含药血清平行观察，除非事先对该试验的干扰已有充分了解。

Rethinking the Validity of Chinese Medicine Serum Pharmacology

The generation of serum is associated with the protease cascades of coagulation, fibrinolysis, and complement systems, and with the activation of platelets and leukocytes. Having a direct bearing on the composition of blood samples and possibly on the components of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, the process can actually be avoided using anticoagulants. Rhe constituents in plasma are, therefore, in a better position to reflect the physiological/pathological realities and drug effects in the circulating blood, compared with serum. According to the published reports, plasma may have a concentration of drugs and associated reaction that are different from serum. In this context, the plasma pharmacological method shall be used in ex vivo TCM studies. Further studies are also needed to define the right anticoagulants for the ex vivo experiments. It is suggested that plasma and serum containing the TCM components are used at the same time in most experiments, unless the interference has been known in advance.
