摘    要:用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),在同一色谱条件下,同时对含甘草和陈皮的中成药进行定性鉴别。流动相为甲醇∶水(63∶37)含0.005mol/L氢氧化四丁基铵,pH6.50;254nm波长处检测;柱温40℃;ShimpackCLCODS(6.0mm×150mm)为分析柱。在该条件下可同时对甘草、陈皮定性鉴别。并测定了各中成药中甘草酸的含量。

Abstract:An RPHPLC method was established for the simultaneous identification of Glycyrrhiza and Citrus in various traditional Chinese patent medicine. The chromatographic conditions were Shimpack CLC ODS column,CH3OHH2O(6337) plus 0.005 mol/L tetrabutyl ammonmium as mobile phase, detecting at UV 254 nm.The established method was proved to be very effective in the simultaneous identification of Glycyrrhiza and Citrus and very successful in the quantitative determination of glycyrrhizine in various traditional Chinese patent medicine.
