尿毒症患者左心室功能的变化

目的：应用多普勒组织显像技术和声学定量技术评价尿毒症患者心功能的变化。方法：应用多普勒组织显像技术和声学定量技术测定30例尿毒症患者二尖瓣环运动速度（Ve/Va）和左室射血分数（LVEF）,并与20例正常人对照。结果：尿毒症患者的二尖瓣环运动速度（Ve/Va）值明显低于健康对照组（P〈0.05）,尿毒症患者与健康对照组间EF值未见显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：尿毒症患者在无心脏收缩功能影响时已经存在舒张功能受损。

Clinical Study on Left Ventricular Function in Uremic Patients

Objective：To assess the change cardiac function in ureamic patients. Methods：The cardiac function of Thirty ureamic patients and twenty healthy was examined by Doppler tissue imaging （DTI） and acoustic quantification （AQ） program. Mitral annular velocity were measured by DTI in early and late diastole （Ve/Va） at posterior septum,lateral wall,posterior wall and anterior wall and ejection fraction （EF） was measured by AQ in all subjects. Results：The Ve/Va value was lower in the uremic group compared to these in the normal group,There was no significant difference between uremic group and control group for the EF value. Conclusions：The damaged diastolic function improved signifi-cantly in ureamic patients. ,while the systolic function didn＇t change.
