嗅三针电刺激对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑皮层NO ET LPO的影响

摘    要:目的:探索嗅三针电刺激对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑皮层保护作用的机理。方法:采用嗅三针电刺激治疗急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠并测定大脑皮层一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果:模型组大脑皮层NO、ET和LPO含量检测结果与对照组相比较,均有极显著差异(P<0.01);嗅三针电刺激治疗后,大脑皮层NO、ET和LPO含量检测结果均有明显改善,与模型组相比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:嗅三针电刺激对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠所引发的大脑皮层损伤具有确切的保护作用,其作用机理与改善血液循环和拮抗过氧化损伤密切相关。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the protective effect and its mechanism of electro-stimulating XIU three needles on cerebral cortex of acute focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion SD rats.Methods:Using electro-stimulating XIU three needles to treat the acute focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion SD rats combined with examining the levels of nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)and lipid peroxide(LPO)in cerebral cortex.Results:Compared with control group,the changes of NO,ET and LPO of cerebral cortex in model group are significant(P<0.01);After treatment of electro-stimulating XIU three needles,the results of the levels of NO,ET and LPO of cerebral cortex are greatly improved,compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Electro-stimulating XIU three needles had an definite protective effect on the damage of cerebral cortex made by acute focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Its mechanism of therapeutical effect of electro-stimulating XIU three needles may be related to improved blood circulation and antioxidation.
