| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺导管扩张症的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析本院1993年1月至2004年12月经手术和病理证实的乳腺导管扩张症32例临床资料。结果本组32例均行手术治疗，随访6个月以上，无一例复发。结论乳腺导管扩张症好发于30～40岁年龄组。临床上易误诊为乳腺癌。术中冰冻切片检查可确诊，手术切除为最有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of mammary duct ectasia. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of mammary duct ectasia proved by operation and pathology from January 1993 to December 2004 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were treated with operation and had been followed up for more than 6 months. None of them got recurrence of the diseases. Conclusion Most of these patients ranged in age from 30 to 40 years. Mammary duct ectasia is easy to be misdiagnosed as breast cancer and is diagnosed correctly by intraoperative frozen section. Operation resection is the most effective treatment for it. |
