| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经母腹脐静脉穿刺技术的超声引导技巧，旨在提高穿次成功率，减少母婴并发症。方法：对1996年11月。2002年12月对110例符合宫内诊断指征孕妇进行超声引导下的脐带穿刺技术进行回顾性分析。结果：110例被检者脐带穿刺114次(3例自动放弃)，穿刺成功率93．86％(107／114)。结论：超声医师与手术操作者的密切配合是脐带穿刺的成功关键，熟练的技术、准确的超声定位与引导技巧是提高脐带穿刺成功率、减少并发症的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the skill of ultrasound-guided for percutaneous umbilical vein sampling,it is intended to improve the success-rate of cordocentesis and decrease the maternal and fetal complications.Methods:From Nov 1996 to Dec 2002, we retrospectively analysed to carried out intrauterine diagnosis with cordocentensis in 110 pregnancy women.Results:We carried out 114 times in 110 pregnancy women (3 women quit).The success-rate is 93.86% (107/114).Conclusion:The success key of cordocentensis is the cooperation between the ultrasound physician and the operator. The important factors of increasing the success-rate and decreasing the complications are accuracy of cord orientation and skilled technique. |
