摘    要:目的:优选沙苑子的最佳炮制工艺。方法:以UV法测定沙苑子中总黄酮含量为指标,采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计法对沙苑子的炮制工艺进行优选。结果:优选出最佳炮制工艺为:盐浓度4%,烘制温度140℃,烘制时间4h。结论:该炮制工艺合理、简单、可行、效率高,可为大规模生产提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the best preparation technology of Astragalus complanatus. Metbods:UV-spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total flavonoids content, which was extracted from processed Astragalus complanatus. And the processing was pushed on by L9(3^4)orthogonal design. Results: The best preparation technology was satisfied with some conditions as follows: its saline concentration 4%, baking temperature 140℃, baking time 4 h. Conclusion:As a result of proper, simple, feasible and high efficiency of the technology, it has provided a certain reference for the quality standard of Astragalus complanatus processing technology.
