| 摘 要： | 目的:比较宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)与冷刀锥切术(CKC)治疗上皮内瘤变(CIN)的临床效果。方法:选择2010年1月～2011年1月118例CIN患者,随机分为LEEP组和CKC组,每组59例,观察两组的临床疗效及术中和术后情况。结果:LEEP组的手术时间、术中出血量和切口愈合时间明显少于CKC组(P<0.05)。LEEP组阴道镜下活检与术后病理的一致率为78.0%(46/59),CKC组为86.4%(51/59),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用LEEP术对CIN进行治疗,操作简单、安全、并发症少,能够缩短手术时间和切口愈合时间,减少术中出血量,在临床上具有广阔应用前景。
