摘    要:目的:了解全血中微量元素Cu、Fe、Zn、Ca在妊娠各期的含量,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法对728例不同孕期妊娠妇女血液中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)5种微量元素进行测定,分析比较实验组与对照组微量元素含量。结果:妊娠妇女主要缺乏铁、钙、锌3种微量元素,其缺乏率与对照组有统计学差异。且铁、锌、钙的缺乏率随孕周的增加而增高。结论:孕妇血中微量元素发生了一定程度的改变,应根据不同孕周,合理补充微量元素铁、钙、锌。
