| 摘 要： | 目的:评估巢氏-PCR和ELISA在巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染筛查诊断中的价值。方法:以巢式PCR检测新生儿HCMV-DNA为标准,评估ELISA方法检测HCMV-IgG和IgM的诊断价值。结果:采用巢氏PCR方法,患病新生儿HC-MV-DNA检出率为63.900%。以巢式PCR为标准,ELISA-IgM法检测HCMV的灵敏度为3.030%,特异度为100.000%,阳性预测值为100.000%,阴性预测值为29.670%;ELISA-IgG法检测HCMV的灵敏度为36.620%,特异度为42.110%,阳性预测值为70.270%,阴性预测值为15.090%。结论:巢式PCR是筛检HCMV感染的灵敏方法,目前市场上ELISA试剂盒的灵敏度有待提高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the values of Nest-PCR and ELISA in screening and diagnosis of cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection.
