| 摘 要： | 目的:研究放置IUD出现不良反应的原因及有效的处理方案。方法:将放置IUD后出现不良反应的200例妇女作为观察对象,将其分为3组,第一组100例为对照组,第二组50例给予中西医结合方法治疗,第三组50例给予西药治疗。结果:采用中西医结合的方法治疗,显效40例,好转5例,无效5例,总有效率90.0%;采用西药治疗,显效17例,好转18例,无效15例,总有效率70.0%。结论:中西医结合方法在治疗放置IUD后子宫异常出血及腰腹疼痛方面有独特优势。
