| 摘 要： | 目的:观察伴院内感染早产儿血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的动态变化。方法:根据是否伴有院内感染将130例早产儿分为无院内感染的对照组105例和伴院内感染组25例,分别于出生后第1、3、5、7、9天采集早产儿足跟血,采用双抗体夹心法检测两组早产儿不同时间点的血清CRP水平动态变化。结果:伴院内感染组早产儿不同感染原因其血清CRP水平峰值相异,以皮肤感染最低,败血症最高,表现为皮肤感染<尿路感染<呼吸道感染<败血症。对照组早产儿血清CRP水平在监测期间未发生显著变化(P>0.05)。伴院内感染组早产儿出生后第1天血清CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),第3天升高达峰值,治疗后从出生后第5天逐渐下降,第7天仍高于对照组(P<0.05),至第9天接近对照组(P>0.05)。结论:动态监测血清CRP水平的变化对伴院内感染早产儿的临床防治具有较好的价值。
