高频彩色多普勒超声在早期乳腺癌诊断中的临床应用价值

目的:分析高频彩色多普勒超声对早期乳腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法:选择鄞州市人民医院乳腺癌患者122例,重点观察乳腺肿块的位置、大小、形态、边界、内部结构、有无钙化、肿块后方回声及肿块与周围组织的关系等二维超声形态学的特点,并应用彩色多普勒超声观察患者肿块内部血流信号的特点。结果:超声诊断准确率达91.8%。肿块形态不规则占88.5%,内部回声不均匀占80.3%,纵横比>1占71.3%,后方回声衰减占60.7%,伴有微钙化占23.0%,包膜占3.3%,伴同侧腋窝淋巴结转移占15.6%。84.4%患者乳腺癌肿块内或周边存在动脉血流信号,平均峰值流速(20.7±6.8)cm/s,RI为(0.8±0.1)。结论:乳腺癌超声声像图有一定的特点,结合彩色多普勒血流显像可以提高诊断的准确率,彩色多普勒超声是乳腺癌诊断的重要手段。
