| 摘 要： | 目的:了解安徽省淮南市农村已婚育龄妇女常见的生殖道感染(RTIs)的现状及相关因素,为实施干预工程提供科学依据。方法:分层、整群抽取安徽省淮南市3 193例农村已婚育龄妇女进行妇科临床检查和实验室检查,并对生殖道感染相关知识、态度和行为进行问卷调查。结果:3 193例妇女中有2 246人(70.3%)诊断患RTI,生殖道感染患病率前3位依次为宫颈柱状上皮异位(52.6%)、宫颈肥大(33.0%)、细菌性阴道炎(11.0%)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示农村已婚妇女家庭平均年收入越高者罹患RTI的可能性越小(OR=0.848,95%CI:0.755～0.953),高收入为RTIs保护因素;总生育次数越高(OR=1.263,95%CI:1.081～1.476)、冬天洗澡间隔时间越长越容易罹患RTI(OR=1.479,95%CI:1.244～1.417)。结论:淮南市农村已婚妇女生殖道感染率较高,且受多种因素影响,应切实进行健康教育和定期妇科普查,以降低患病率。
