| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区综合干预对2型糖尿病患者的防治效果。方法将北京市平谷区滨河社区建立健康档案的90例2型糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组各45例,2组均进行常规药物治疗。干预组在药物治疗的基础上,进行糖尿病知识及健康防治教育,加强饮食运动量化干预,建立科学的生活方式并进行有效药物控制。结果干预组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,干预组对糖尿病的认知及遵医行为明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论综合社区干预可有效地控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖,延缓并发症的发生。
