| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市西城区某幼儿园儿童指血的微量元素含量,探讨其缺乏的可能原因及综合防治措施。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法检测230例儿童微量元素铜、锌、铁、镁含量及元素钙含量。结果儿童血锌缺乏位于5种元素之首,其次为钙、铁、铜、镁,缺乏率分别为18.7%、7.4%,6.5%、4.3%和3.2%。结论该幼儿园儿童存在铜、锌、铁、钙、镁等元素缺乏,应注意均衡饮食,特别是加强锌、钙、铁的补充及促进其吸收。
