| 摘 要： | 目的观察南昌市人群麻疹疫苗免疫后麻疹IgG抗体的衰减情况,以完善麻疹控制措施和免疫策略。方法 2009年,南昌市疾病预防控制中心采取随机抽样的方法,对该市所辖12个县区麻疹疫苗免疫后1～12 a健康儿童605人进行麻疹IgG抗体水平调查。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中的麻疹抗体IgG。结果麻疹IgG抗体阳性人数594人,总阳性率为98.18%;几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶1 164。结论麻疹疫苗免疫后抗体水平随时间的增长逐年降低,9年后几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶580,没有保护效果。为实现消除麻疹目标,必需适时开展麻疹疫苗强化免疫。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe the attenuation of measles IgG antibody after vaccination,so as to complete the measles control measures and immunization strategies. [Methods]In 2009,Nanchang CDC adopted random sampling method to select 605 healthy children for investigation of measles IgG antibody level.ELISA was adopted to test serum antibody IgG. [Results]A total of 594 were measles IgG positive,with total positive rate of 98.18%;geometric mean titer（GMT） was 1∶1 164. [Conclusion]The measles IgG antibody level decreases annually after vaccination.The GMT is 1∶580 9 years after vaccination which means no protective effect.In order to achieving the Goal of eliminating measles,supplementary immunization of measles vaccine must be carried out properly. |
