空气灌肠和钡剂灌肠在小儿肠套叠中的应用比较

目的比较空气灌肠和钡剂灌肠在小儿肠套叠中的应用效果。方法在X线透视下,使用自动控制压力的肠套叠复位机,对238例肠套叠患儿分别进行空气灌肠及钡剂灌肠诊断及整复治疗,并进行统计分析。结果行空气灌肠组确诊率98%、复位率97%,平均耗时20 min;行钡剂灌肠组确诊率98%,复位率93%,1例肠穿孔,平均耗时50 min。结论两者的确诊率均较高,但空气灌肠复位率稍高于钡剂灌肠,同时更方便、快捷、安全。空气灌肠是诊治小儿肠套叠的首选方法,也是最佳无创治疗方法。
