急性缺氧个体血浆中D-乳酸及二胺氧化酶的变化与胃肠道黏膜损伤

摘    要:目的对急性缺氧个体血浆中D-乳酸及二胺氧化酶(DAO)的变化与胃肠道黏膜损伤情况进行研究。方法对20例由平原急进高原个体分别于进入高原前1 d、进入高原第3天和第7天进行胃镜检查,及进入高原后消化系统的症状发生情况进行调查,并同步抽取血液标本,对其血浆中D-乳酸及DAO的含量进行检测。结果 20例急性缺氧个体进入高原第3天及第7天胃镜检查阳性例数分别为17例(约85%)和10例(50%),与进入高原前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。胃镜主要表现有胃黏膜出血、充血、淤血、糜烂、溃疡及胆汁返流等,其中13例有不同程度的消化系统症状(占65%),其症状主要有食欲不振、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、便秘和黑便等,其血浆中D-乳酸、DAO进入高原第3天及第7天的含量均显示著高于进入高原前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论高原缺氧对急进高原个体胃肠道粘膜屏障功能存在明显损伤,且较为普遍,胃镜检查及血浆中D-乳酸、DAO含量检测均能充分证实。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the change of D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase and injury of gastric intestinal mucosal in the cases exposed to acute hypoxia. [Methods]Gastroscopy examination was performed on 20 individuals who entered plateau from plain rapidly,the day before they entered plateau and 3,7 days after they entered plateau,then the occurrence of digesting symptoms were investigated,and the blood sample were collected for detection of levels of D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase in plasma at the same time....
