| 摘 要： | 目的探讨快速康复外科在肺癌肺叶切除术围手术期的护理中应用的效果。方法对2009年5月—2010年5月86例经病理证实为肺癌行肺叶切除的患者随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组用快速康复外科的理念给予护理,对照组采用传统护理方法护理,由专人收集数据,比较两组患者饥饿感、口渴感、发生呛咳、误吸、肺不张、胸腔积液、尿潴留及患者住院时间、住院费用。结果采用快速康复护理患者术后口渴感和饥饿感较对照组有改善,肺不张和胸腔积液的并发症少于对照组（均P〈0.05）;住院天数2组分别为（8.05±1.70）和（11.37±2.43）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论快速康复外科护理在肺癌肺叶切除患者的围手术期护理中应用安全可行,能提高患者的舒适度,减少患者并发症,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。
