| 摘 要： | 目的观察正常妊娠妇女和妊娠期血小板减少症（GT）妇女血小板（PLT）计数及其平均血小板体积（MPV）的变化。方法采用日本SysmexXT-2000i血细胞分析仪分别对正常孕妇（40例）、GT妇女及其新生JD（32例）、对照组（正常非孕妇女40例）的血液标本进行PLT计数及MPV测定，并进行统计学分析。结果妊娠期GT妇女随着孕周的增加PLT计数呈进行性下降，并低于正常孕妇组，并明显低于对照组；MPV偏高于正常孕妇组，并明显高于正常对照组。结论GT组孕妇在整个孕期过程中虽然属于自限性的变化，但PLT减少仍然存在出血的可能性。因此，随时观察GT组PLT及MPV的变化，对孕妇及其胎儿的安全有重要的意义。
