沈阳市2004—2009年梅毒的流行趋势

目的掌握沈阳市梅毒发病强度和流行趋势,为制定梅毒防制规划提供准确依据。方法利用描述性流行病学方法分析该市梅毒相关疫情数据。结果 2004—2009年沈阳市梅毒年均发病率为21.23/10万,各年度发病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;季节高峰不明显;男女性别比为1.07∶1,男女梅毒发病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;家务及待业、不详、其他3项职业报告梅毒病例数分别占报告病例数的32.96%、21.66%、15.15%,职业高峰明显;20～49岁年龄组占67.31%,呈典型的青壮年高发趋势。结论应加强卫生宣传和健康教育,提高人群防范意识和防范水平;实施综合干预措施,最大限度地降低梅毒传播的危险因素;加强监测,及时掌握梅毒的流行趋势;加强对医疗机构的监管力度,有效控制医源性感染,规范诊治梅毒病例,防止疫情漏报和误报。

Epidemic Trend of Syphilis in Shenyang City from 2004 to 2009

[Objective]To study the intensity and trends of syphilis in Shenyang city,provide an accurate basis for making the plan of syphilis control. [Methods]The epidemic data of syphilis in this city were analyzed with method of descriptive epidemiology. [Results]From 2004 to 2009,the average annual incidence rate of syphilis was 21.23/lakh in Shenyang city,and the difference of annual incidence rates was significant（P0.01）.There was no obvious peak season.The ratio of male to female was 1.07∶1,and there was significant gender difference in the incidence rate（P0.05）.The number of reported syphilis cases of housework and job-waiting,unknown,others accounted for 32.96%,21.66% and 15.15% respectively,and there was an obvious peak of occupations.67.31% of patients were 20 to 49 years old,which showed young adults was the population with high incidence. [Conclusion]The health education and propaganda should be strengthened to improve the preventive consciousness and level of population.The comprehensive intervention measures should be implemented to minimize the risk factors for transmission of syphilis.The monitoring should be strengthened to grasp the trend of syphilis timely.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of medical institutions,control the iatrogenic infection,standardize diagnosis and treatment of syphilis,and avoid the missing report and false report.
