| 摘 要： | 目的探讨农民工尘肺患者的心理健康状况,为农民工心理健康治疗提供理论依据。方法采用Derogatis LR编制的症状自评量表SCL-90对120名男性农民工尘肺患者心理健康状况进行调查。结果 120名农民工尘肺患者的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执因子比全国常模数值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑严重,SCL-90因子平均达到4分以上;农民工尘肺患者随着尘肺期别的增高,除偏执、精神病因子无明显变化外,其他项目SCL-90因子分值逐渐提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论农民工尘肺患者存有严重的心理健康问题,心理健康辅导治疗也应作为尘肺综合治疗的主要内容。
