| 摘 要： | 目的探讨轨道车驾驶作业对轨道车司机心血管系统的影响。方法选择241名轨道车司机和37名新加入人员进行血压测量和常规心电图检查。结果新加入人员心血管系统功能改变低于轨道车司机组,其中高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着工龄增加,轨道车司机心血管系统功能异常检出率增加,其中高血压随着工龄增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);新加入人员心电图异常检出率低于轨道车司机组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时ST-T段改变发生率也低于轨道车司机组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论轨道车驾驶作业对驾驶人员的心血管系统功能有一定程度的影响,应加强对轨道车司机心血管系统的职业健康监护,以保证行车安全。
