| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冶金化工企业职业病危害特点和变化情况,以便做出相应的防治对策。方法收集河池市某冶金化工厂开展节能减排以来近5年的监测资料,进行统计学分析比较。结果 2005—2007年某冶金化工厂的监测合格率呈上升的趋势,2008年则下滑,2009年又有所回升;2005—2009年职业病危害因素平均总体合格率为70.92%,其中粉尘监测合格率最低(44.81%),热辐射次之(52.78%)。结论企业在进行扩大再生产的同时,要加大职业卫生的投入,降低职业病危害因素的浓度(强度);职业病监督机构要加大职业卫生的执法力度,保护劳动者的健康权益。
