超高效液相色谱法同时测定风味饮料中4种食品添加剂方法的研究

摘    要:目的建立超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)同时测定风味饮料中安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸4种食品添加剂检测技术。方法实验采用Waters ACQUITY BEH C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以0.02 mol/L的乙酸铵-甲醇(95∶5)为流动相,柱温25℃,二极管阵列检测器在波长230 nm进行检测。结果整个分离过程在3 min内完成,而文献报道使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测至少需要12 min,因而该方法大大节约了检测时间。安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸的回收率分别为98.5%~101.3%,相对标准偏差小于0.90%。结论该方法快速准确。

Abstract:[Objective]To establish the simultaneous determination of acesulfame-K,saccharin sodium,benzoic acid and sorbic acid in special flavored beverage by Ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC). [Methods]Using Waters ACQUITY BEH C18 column(100 mm×2.1mm,1.7 μm),with the mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L NH4Ac-methanol(95∶5),the column temperature was 25 ℃,detection was conducted at 230 nm by diode array detection. [Results]The separation was finished within 3 min,compared with the HPLC method which needs 12 min at least,the detection time shortened obviously.The recovery rates of acesulfame-K,saccharin sodium,benzoic acid and sorbic acid ranged from 98.5% to 101.3%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 0.90%. [Conclusion]The method is rapid and accurate.
