摘    要:目的对氢化物原子荧光法测定食品标准物质中铅含量进行不确定度的评定,了解不确定度来源及其大小并采取相应措施加以纠正,提高实验室铅检测能力和质量控制能力。方法用原子荧光仪测定食品标准物质中铅含量,根据测定方法建立数学模型,分析测量不确定度来源,计算各不确定度分量和扩展不确定度。结果当k=2(95%置信概率)时,食品标准物质中铅含量为0.36 mg/kg,不确定度为±0.035 mg/kg。结论测量不确定度的主要来源为标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度以及重复测定时产生的不确定度。实验室分析误差可控制在容许值内。
