| 摘 要： | 目的 研究大承气汤HPLC图谱中各峰与其药理作用的相关性.方法 设计大承气汤不同的配伍,采用HPLC进行检测,对其49个色谱峰与药效进行相关性分析,研究本方化学成分与药效相关性.结果 11个色谱峰与药理效应Y1(小鼠小肠碳末推进率)之间的相关性具有显著性(P＜0.05)或非常显著性(P＜0.01);3个色谱峰与药理效应Y3(家兔肠管收缩频率)之间的相关性具有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 厚朴酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及部分未知化学成分应为大承气汤发挥药效作用的物质基础,说明这些化学成分作为质量控制和工艺优化指标的合理性和科学性.
