| 摘 要： | 目的:分析河南、浙江、陕西3个产区山茱萸中主要化学物质的积累规律,确定最佳采收期。方法:分别对山茱萸样品中的熊果酸、马钱苷、鞣质、多糖、总有机酸的含量以及醇浸物、水浸物等指标进行测定,对测定结果进行主成分分析。结果:3个产区不同生长期的山茱萸中主要化学物质积累都具有一定的规律;山茱萸果树生长年限对药材质量影响不大;果树的大小年现象对药材质量影响也不明显。结合当地的传统采收习惯,确定河南、浙江两产区最佳采收期为10月下旬,陕西产区为10月中旬。结论:研究结果为山茱萸传统采收期提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis accumulation rule of major chemical substances of Corni Fructus in three production areas of Henan,Zhejiang and Shanxi to determine the best harvest time.Methods: Determining and analysing the content of ursolic acid,loganin,tannin,polysaccharide,total organic acids,water-soluble extract and ethanol-soluble extract of Corni Fructus samples.Results: There is a certain accumulation rule of major chemical substances of Corni Fructus in different growth period from three production areas.... |
