| 摘 要： | 目的了解湖南省劳动卫生职业病防治所附属医院2009年住院患者的抗菌药物使用情况，为促进临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法随机抽取该院2009年500份住院病历，针对抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析。结果该院住院患者的抗菌药物使用病例为406例，抗菌药物使用率为81．2％，其中一联用药占18．5％，二联用药占78．6％，三联用药占2．9％。结论该院抗菌药物使用率仍高于卫生部规定的医院抗菌药物使用率低于50％的要求，仍然存在围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物选择不当、给药时间不合理等问题。
