| 摘 要： | 目的了解福田区流行性感冒(简称流感)流行动态及流感病毒毒株的变异情况,为流感的防治提供科学依据。方法每周统计监测点流感样病例(ILI)数据,采集流感样病例鼻咽拭子标本,采用MDCK细胞进行流感病毒分离,采用血凝抑制试验进行流感病毒型别的鉴定。结果 2007—2009年共监测到流感样病例32 961例,占监测门诊总数的5.61%;分离阳性毒株363份,分离率34.41%。各年度ILI%趋势与病毒分离率一致。发生暴发疫情97宗,主要发生在中小学和托幼机构。结论福田区流感流行高峰在6—8月,各亚型交替出现,一般在6月前后出现毒株型别改变。2009年ILI%、分离率及暴发疫情的升高主要是由于甲型H1N1流感大流行引起的。
