高压脉冲电场法快速提取鹿茸提取物工艺研究△

摘    要:目的:对鹿茸的快速提取工艺方法进行了考察,为工业化生产提供可靠的实验数据和理论依据。方法:采用正交试验设计提取方法,采用双缩脲分光光度法测定鹿茸蛋白质含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B1C2,影响因素由大到小依次为电场强度、料液比、脉冲数。此法提取鹿茸中的蛋白质达1.71%。结论:本提取工艺可行、经济、省时、回收率高。
