某铸造厂职业病危害因素防护设施控制效果调查

目的为了解某铸造企业职业病危害因素防护措施控制的效果。方法现场职业卫生调查和对作业环境进行检测及对作业工人进行职业健康检查。结果职业病危害因素防护设施比较齐备,但职业卫生综合管理措施不完善,有害作业点检测超标率为9.3%,接触有害作业工人体检尚未发现与职业有关的异常情况。结论该铸造厂没有完善的综合防护措施,不可能保证长期可靠的防护效果。为此,建立和健全职业病危害综合防护措施很重要。
