连云港市企业员工健康知识知晓情况调查

目的了解连云港市企业员工相关健康知识的知晓情况,为采取有效的健康教育干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用随机抽样的原则,在市级企业单位中抽取3个被调查单位,通过以自填方式发放问卷开展调查。结果企业员工对一般健康知识总知晓率为77.06%,其中什么叫健康、高血压、结核病、职业病和艾滋病的传播途径以及吸烟对人体是否有害等知晓率分别为83.47%、73.91%、80.0%、70.43%、73.91%和96.52%;男女健康知识知晓率经χ2检验,差异无统计学意义;不同文化程度健康知识知晓率经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义;结果显示,目前,员工获得健康知识途径以报刊、杂志和书籍最高,其次是网络、电视;员工最希望获得健康知识途径以报刊、杂志和书籍为高,其次是网络、电视、亲友和知识讲座、宣传册等。结论连云港市企业员工对健康知识的知晓率较高,但是,离上级规定的指标还有一定的差距。企业健康教育工作有待进一步加强和提高。

Investigation on Health Knowledge Awareness of Employees in Lianyungang City
