| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无创正压通气对尘肺患者呼吸困难的疗效及护理。方法采用美国伟康BiPAP S/T无创呼吸机对140例尘肺患者进行无创双水平气道正压（BiPAP）治疗,每天1次,每次2 h,按Mahler气促评分,以评价该治疗对尘肺患者的康复作用。结果各期尘肺患者治疗后气促改善率76.6%。60岁以上的尘肺患者治疗后气促改善率明显高于60岁以下者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。各期尘肺随着期别的增加,治疗后气促改善率有增加的趋势,但各期改善率差异无统计学意义。结论无创BiPAP治疗可较好地改善尘肺患者（尤其是老年尘肺患者）的气促症状。
