| 摘 要： | 目的为控制传染病的暴发、流行提供依据。方法对2009年昌平区发现报告的法定传染病进行分析。结果昌平区2009年北京市法定报告传染病发病2类19种10541例,未发现甲类法定报告传染病病例报告,报告发病率为1406.45/10万,死亡病例共报告12例,报告死亡率为1.60/10万,病死率为0.11%;报告发病率较去年上升15.92%,报告死亡率上升131.47%,病死率下降99.72%。2009年报告乙类传染病发病12种4009例,丙类传染病发病7种6532例,分别占全部病例数的38.03%和61.97%。结论昌平区传染病发病病种以肠道传染病为主;人群以散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生为主;地区发病以城乡结合部为主。应加强食品卫生执法力度,卫生知识宣传和计划免疫工作。
