| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大型洗煤厂粉尘危害现状及其防护对策。方法对某大型洗煤厂工作场所中粉尘危害及其防尘措施进行调查,对有粉尘危害工作场所及其接触粉尘的不同工种进行粉尘浓度检测,通过调查和检测结果对该洗煤厂防尘现状进行分析和评价。结果洗煤厂粉尘中游离二氧化硅的含量介于1.10%～25.12%之间。检测134个工作场所中的粉尘短时间接触浓度(STEL),有66个工作场所中粉尘超限倍数>2倍;采用超限倍数计算的工作场所粉尘总体合格率为50.75%;检测17类工种共79个粉尘时间加权平均(TWA)浓度,有43个接尘工种的TWA超过国家职业接触限值,采用粉尘TWA计算的粉尘合格率为45.75%。各工作场所防尘措施及劳动者个人防尘用品佩戴均不到位。结论洗煤厂粉尘危害超标的主要原因是各项防尘措施不到位,职业卫生管理不健全,提出今后应从设施防尘、个人防尘及防尘管理、政府监督等方面全面做好洗煤厂的防尘工作,杜绝尘肺病发生。
