| 摘 要： | 目的总结特大山洪泥石流挖掘清淤作业劳动卫生防护经验，为灾害救援提供科学依据。方法结合现场调查，分析确定挖掘清淤作业存在的主要卫生学问题，采取劳动卫生综合防护措施。结果有效地保护挖掘清淤作业者的健康，未发生与挖掘清淤作业有关疾病的流行或暴发。结论针对性采取综合劳动卫生学防护措施，在一定程度上可以确保山洪泥石流灾后挖掘清淤作业者的健康。
