| 摘 要： | 为整理提高中医的舌脉诊法,对舌的动脉及其分支、静脉及静脉瓣进行了系统研究。结果表明舌脉是舌下神经伴行静脉及舌神经伴行静脉及其属支;囊泡样改变为有静脉瓣部位的静脉壁扩张;舌侧的细络在舌体为舌神经伴行静脉的微小属支,在舌根为舌根静脉微小屑支。舌质红活的根本原因是血供丰富,有50支左右的舌体动脉密布,又有诸多吻合。

| Abstract: | In order to sort and improve the method of diagnoses depending on lingual vessels in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a systemic study on the lingual arteries, veins and venous values was carried out. The results showed that the lingual vessels were the auompanying veins of hypoglossal nerve, the accompanying veins of glossal nerve and their branches. The peripheral mierovessels were the tiny branches of auompanying veins of glossal nerve in lingual body, and the tiny branches of lingual root veins in lingual root. The cystic changes were due to the dilation of venous wall by the valves. The basic cause of tongne appearing red and activating was plentiful blood supply. There are about 50 lingual body arteries in a tongue and rich anastomoses among the arteries. |
