| 摘 要： | 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组能特异性降解细胞外基质成分的Zn2+依赖的蛋白水解酶多基因家族,在中性pH值下发挥作用,Ca2+是维持其稳定性的重要离子,包括20多种家族成员,表达和激活都受到严密的调控。明胶酶是MMPs中最重要的一类,近年来发现明胶酶在小儿心血管疾病中表达及活性过度增强,参与心脏组织及脉管系统的重构,可引起心血管系统损害,最终导致心功能恶化。现就近几年来明胶酶与小儿心血管疾病的关系予以综述。
