| 摘 要： | 高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)是肾功能减退的表现之一,在慢性肾病(chron ic k idney d isease,CKD)的发生、发展中起着促进作用。最近的基础及临床研究进一步揭示了其在CKD进展中的作用,文中对此作一综述,旨在指导临床通过改善高尿酸水平,从而延缓CKD进展。
