| 摘 要： | 间充质干细胞(MSCs)被认为是最有希望治疗多种疾病的一种非造血组织的多能干细胞,具有多向分化潜能,已被证明在临床应用中具有很大的潜能,但是其向靶组织器官归巢率低,且MSCs归巢后的分布和分化直接影响其应用。因此,进一步明确MSCs的归巢机制及归巢的影响因素有助于将MSCs更好地用于临床治疗。
